Order

We're authorized dealer of famous brands like adidas, Lamborghini, X-Doria, Sanrio, Line Friends, etc. All of our items are genuine products from origin factories.

Differences in color may be caused by some other reasons such as color reflection in the monitor, lighting, background. the light and the display resolution and other reasons, pictures and objects may slightly colour difference, please in kind prevail. However,if you believe that the item received is in wrong color, please contact us to see if a return or refund is possible.

An email with an order confirmation will be sent to the email address that was given when completing the order. If you haven't received your order confirmation, please check your spam folder. If you haven’t received your order confirmation, please contact us by emailing us and we come back to you as soon as possible!

Our goal is to send all orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, it's infrequently that we have the possibility to adjust your order. If you want to adjust your order, please send us an email, with the following information: 1. Order number or the email address that you used when you placed your order. 2. What you wish to change in your order.

You may encounter a customs or duty fee when receiving your order. This is not in the control of Armor King Case and this fee will be dependent on your country.

We accept PayPal as main payment method. If you don't have paypal account, it doesn't matter. PayPal also includes credit card payments (VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER). You can also pay via PayPal with you credit card or bank debit card. Payment can be submitted in any currency. Once your order is submitted, you will be redirected to PayPal's page where you can make the payment.

Please key in the correct shipping address while checking out with PayPal. The order will be shipped to your PayPal address. If your home address (habitually receiving address) has been changed, please edit your PayPal address in time to avoid editing receiving address repeatedly while checking out with PayPal.

SHIPPING

Due to the impact of the coronavirus and the mandates in place, your order will most likely be delayed. This delay is due to several factors, including travel restrictions, available staffing, and/or federal/state/local mandates. We're sorry for the inconvenience.

Your parcel will be sent from China's warehouse directly.

Our warehouse will process your order as fast as possible. We will send your order on the following 1-2 business days, assuming the item you have ordered is available in stock. You will receive an email with a shipping confirmation once your parcel has left our warehouse.

Our goal is always to have your order delivered as fast as possible. Generally, you can get the item in 10-30 days after you paid for your orders. Please note that the estimated delivery time is an estimate and that the time may vary depending on external factors that Armor King Case and its shipping partner cannot control. These factors may include but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions, technical faults, customs delays, etc. Please note that delivery times may be longer than usual during promotions. Packages are normally not transported during weekends and local holidays.

Once your parcel has left our warehouse you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation. Depending on the shipping alternative you have selected, the parcel will be delivered to your home address or to your nearest pickup point. In the confirmation email, you will find all relevant information regarding your parcel and how to track it. Please note that it might take up to 48 hours for your tracking number to be activated.

It depends on what country you are receiving the goods into. Some countries are easy to import into, and have few restrictions and no taxes. Other countries are quite restrictive and have high taxes. Before you start importing bigger quantities of China electronics to your country, you'll need to research the law and practices in your country. This is not in the control of Armor King Case and this fee will be dependent on your country.

WARRANTY

We are sorry that we have sent you an item that is different to what you have ordered. Please contact us by email and we will do everything we can to correct our mistake.

If you have received a delivery containing a damaged item, we apologize for that! Please contact us by sending us an email, and we will make sure to help you as fast as we can!

You have the right to return one or several products for a refund within 3 days after receiving your order. The product should be in the same condition as when it was received. The product shall also be in their original containers with labels intact and protective stickers. Products purchased directly from our website have to be returned to our warehouse for a substitution to be made. The products can't be exchanged at a retailer. A product can only be replaced with another product of equal or lesser amount. If you want to change to a product with a higher price, we ask you to return the initial order for a refund and place a separate order with the desired product. Please note that you need to pay the return cost when returning your order.

If you wish to make an exchange, please state the product you wish to exchange to on the delivery note and we will send you the replacement as soon as we receive the return. Please note that we always refund you the amount that was paid for each product upon return. For instance, if you have bought a product with a discount code, we will refund you the amount you have paid.

Due to payment reasons, we cannot exchange your product for another product. Our apologies for the inconvenience. If you wish to return your order, please send it back to us and we will handle your return as soon as we receive it. Please note that you need to pay for the return cost.

Armor King Case's warranty does not cover: Defects and damage due to loss, theft, fire, water or UV radiation. Problems or damage caused by misuse, neglect (knocks, dents, crushing, falling), accidents or unjustifiable repair or modification. Aesthetic changes, defects and damage due to normal wear and tear and aging (for. Eg. Scratches, worn leather and flaking paint, etc.).
