Purchase Notes

1. Bluetooth Disconnection / Bluetooth Not Found / Stuttering / Latency / Interference / Pairing Failure / Unable to Connect
Due to the inherent characteristics of Bluetooth, it is susceptible to interference from other Bluetooth signals and Wi-Fi.
Please try the following:
(1) Stay within the cable range of the headphones and phone.
(2) Remove any unnecessary Bluetooth connections. It's highly likely that the phone is being tried to connect to other Bluetooth headphones, causing the connection to drop.
(3) Keep away from strong Wi-Fi signal sources. The Wi-Fi signal may be using the same frequency as the headphones, causing interference.
(4) Ensure the Bluetooth headphones have sufficient battery power. Low battery levels can cause disconnections.
(5) Reset the headphones and re-pair them with the phone.

2. Noise/Hydrating
Headphones and speakers can produce noise/hydrating sounds, mainly due to surrounding magnetic fields and headphone hardware. The standard is that normal music playback should not be affected. If you still hear noise/hydrating while listening to music normally, first check for interference from surrounding magnetic fields, then determine if it's a headphone hardware problem.

3. iOS Models: Headphones Cannot Answer Calls/WeChat Video Calls Speaker Aloud
Due to the unique nature of the iOS system, some Bluetooth headphone connection functions require manual configuration.
(1) In iOS phone settings, tap [Phone] - go to [Caller ID] and set [Headphone Only].
(2) Have the other party initiate the video chat first; if you passively connect, this problem won't occur.
(3) When you can only initiate a video request yourself, after the other party answers, swipe down on the phone screen, tap AirDrop in the upper right corner, and then select to connect Bluetooth headphones. The sound will then be transmitted to the headphones. Using the phone to answer, the sound comes from the phone; tapping the Bluetooth headphones answers, the sound comes from the headphones.
